Honey-Ginger Chicken Meatballs

Sweet and salty meatballs with honey and ginger.

Makes: 4 servings

Prep: 10 mins

Cook: 15 mins

Ingredients:

¾ pound (300 g) ground chicken

¼ cup (30 g) Japanese panko breadcrumbs

2 tbsp. honey

1 tsp. grated fresh ginger

1 large egg, beaten

½ tsp. sesame oil

¼ tsp. salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking pan aluminum foil.

Meanwhile, place all the ingredients in a large bowl. Using your hands, gently mix until everything is well combined.

Shape the mixture into cherry-size balls and arrange them in a single layer on the rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 mins, shaking the baking sheet halfway through cooking, until the meatballs are golden brown with an internal temperature of 165°F/75°C.
